Cheese grating with Sammic vegetable slicers

To show you how you can grate different types of cheese using a Sammic vegetable slicer, we bring you a video. In this video, you can see how Sammic vegetable preparation machines can be used in combination with different shredding discs to grate different varieties of cheese.
We grate Cheddar cheese using a FR-7+ shredding disc, Edam cheese using a FR4+ disc and Emmental and Parmesan using a FR-3+ shredding disc. In the video we use a CK-301 combi model (vegetable preparation machine + cutter) but the result can be extended to the whole Sammic range of vegetable slicers and combi models.
