Food Service Fair: The importance of nutrition in schools

At Sammic, we value communication and close contact with our clients. Maintaining closeness and continuous dialogue is crucial for strengthening trust, a fundamental element in all our relationships. Therefore, our Export Director, Alfonso Acha, and Ann Tan, Senior Regional Manager for Sammic Asia, are touring various Asian countries to listen and share experiences directly with our markets and clients. During this trip, we had the opportunity to participate in the local "Food Service" fair, invited by our client HK, with the goal of being even closer to the end user.

This local fair, focused on food and nutrition for schools, has been an excellent opportunity to demonstrate how our vegetable cutting machines and industrial emulsion cutters are vital for the development of complete and nutritious menus, which are essential in school nutrition. At the school stage, proper nutrition is crucial for the physical and cognitive development of children, and our machines facilitate the preparation of healthy foods efficiently and safely.
