Four international trade shows in March: we look forward to seeing you!

March takes us to four key events in the horeca calendar. We will be at Rest'Hotel Dijon (8–9 March), AAHAR in New Delhi (10–14 March), Alimentaria & Hostelco in Barcelona (23–26 March) and Pizza Expo in Las Vegas (24–26 March), taking part in international trade shows where you will be able to discover first-hand our solutions in food preparation, sous-vide preservation and cooking and warewashing.

These are four different markets, but the objective is the same: to help you optimise processes and work with greater efficiency and control in your kitchen. Because a trade show is not just a place to see machines; it is the moment to analyse how you can improve preparation times, how you can ensure consistency in your results or how you can simplify cleaning and washing in your day-to-day operations.

These are our upcoming stops, in chronological order:

Rest’Hotel

At Rest'Hotel, we will present our latest innovations in food preparation, together with preservation and warewashing solutions that improve processes in the kitchen.

 

AAHAR

New Delhi (India)

  • Dates: 10 – 14 March
  • Stand: CHall 11-05 J

At AAHAR, you will discover solutions designed for kitchens working with high volumes and requiring reliable processes, from preparation through to warewashing.

 

Alimentaria + Hostelco

Barcelona (Spain)

Alimentaria & Hostelco

  • Dates: 23 – 26 March
  • Stand: P4, Level 0, A 16

At Alimentaria and Hostelco, we will focus on texture-modified food. We will share a stand with AGAR - Asesoría de Gestión Alimentaria, where we will present our recipe book.

We will also hold a live culinary demonstration with tasting:

11:30 – 12:15 - “The challenge of texture-modified food: solutions that change lives”

An opportunity to see how to work with safe, nutritious textures in professional environments.

 

Pizza Expo

Pizza Expo

At International Pizza Expo, we will present specific solutions for pizzerias, designed to streamline preparation and maintain consistency in every preparation.

If you are attending any of these trade shows, we encourage you to visit our stand. It will be a great opportunity to see the solutions in operation and assess how they can bring greater efficiency to your kitchen.
