HIP 2026: a meeting point for the healthcare and institutional catering sectors

From 16 to 18 February, we’ll be at HIP – Horeca Professional Expo, the trade fair dedicated to organised hospitality, institutional catering and the healthcare sector, held at IFEMA Madrid. This year we’re taking part with our own stand for the first time, reinforcing our commitment to staying close to professionals and showcasing our solutions in a real-world environment.
In this type of kitchen, user safety, process standardisation and control over procedures and final results are essential. That’s why, at HIP 2026, we’re presenting solutions specifically designed to meet these needs. At our stand 5E544 you’ll be able to discover:

New XMT blenders
The new XMT blenders, equipped with brushless motors, deliver power levels equivalent to — or even exceeding — those of other professional blenders, but in a significantly lighter design: up to 40% less weight. This combination is ideal for intensive use, improving ergonomics and helping reduce fatigue and the risk of injury.

KE food processors, for texture-modified food
We’ll also be showcasing our cutter-emulsifiers, key to texture-modified food preparation, which allow for precise, controlled and repeatable processing. As a complement, we’ll be presenting our recipe book for texture-modified food, developed in collaboration with the AGAR consultancy, to support practical implementation in day-to-day professional use.

CA vegetable preparation machines and new Déli-cut PLUS slicing
Completing the line-up are our vegetable preparation machines, designed to improve hygiene, consistency and efficiency in high-volume kitchens. Within this range, we’ll be introducing Déli-cut PLUS, a new slicing option specially developed for onions, which ensures a uniform dice while preserving the product’s integrity.
