HOST Milano 2021: We continue being The Right Choice!

 

After many months of fear and uncertainty, the Host Milano 2021 international fair has renewed our enthusiasm and the satisfaction of continuing to work hard. This biannual fair has returned with great force and during the five days of the fair we had the opportunity to meet again with our clients, suppliers, and friends.

This pandemic has emphasised the importance of continuing to innovate and HOST has allowed us to demonstrate that we continue being #TheRightChoice. Thus, visitors to our stand were able to see and learn about our four product families and the evolution that they had during our 60-year history.

For the first time in our 60-year history, we shared our stand with our technology partner Janby Digital Kitchen. Thus, we have presented the new gastronomic solutions with 4.0 technology, where Janby Track and SmartVide X have been protagonists.

 

In addition, we presented the new AX and UX ware-washing ranges that have impressed the visitors to our stand. In this age where hygiene and sanitization have taken on special importance, these new machines are going to revolutionise the market.

 

As for our family of preparation, we presented our new Compact range of veg prep machines, cutters and emulsifiers and combined machines. These machines made a very good impression, and many visitors came through to know more about them.

All this, together with the elaborations and demonstrations of our corporate chef Enrique Fleischmann and his team from Fleischmann's Cooking Group. Thanks to them, visitors who came to our stand had the option to see how our machines work and to taste high-level culinary creations.
