Knife Steriliser EC: offering microbiological hygiene guarantees

The knife steriliser block actually disinfects as well as sterilising, which will keep your kitchen cutting tools always in hygienic condition for the industrial kitchen.
Sammic offers two knife steriliser models, the EC-30 and the EC-60. Both models are made from stainless steel and come with a 120 minute timer and can sterilise your knives in less than 30 minutes. It also comes with a non-magnetic support in order not to affect the blade's sharpness.
- The EC-30 model has 15W of power and capacity for 25-30 knives.
- The EC-60 model has 30W of power and capacity for 60 knives.
