New Sammic vegetable preparation machine CA-301

We took our current range of commercial vegetable cutters which already have a wide acceptance in the market, developing a new image and expanding the range of models available which now includes the new combined cutter models, allowing for increased production.

We were ambitious. We wanted to provide the market with a new professional vegetable cutter that was arguably the best in its field. To achieve this we worked closely with different types of end users , including the Mitchelin- starred chef Martin Berasategui.   

We have also developed a complete range of cutting discs and grids, which combined with the new machines, offer the possibility of obtaining a perfect cut for even the most diverse of users.

Not forgetting their efficiency, varied output capacity, ergonomics, ease of use, versatility, reliability, NSF approvals and so on.  

Result: We have achieved a leading vegetable preparation machine
