See you at GUEXT 2026!

From 15 to 17 October, we’ll be at IFEMA Madrid, in the Hall P12 · Stand 12E09, taking part in a new edition of GUEXT, the international event for hospitality and foodservice professionals.

This year, we’re really looking forward to meeting you again and, in addition, we have something new at our stand: for the first time, we’ve designed a space specifically dedicated to sharing knowledge. A space designed to step away from the usual trade show format for a moment and create a more personal and engaging environment where we can talk, learn and share experiences in small groups of professionals.

In this new space, we’ll be hosting a series of short talks called “Encuentros con Sammic”. These will be brief, practical sessions covering a range of topics of interest to the sector from three perspectives: commercial, technical and culinary.

We want these to be dynamic sessions where you can get to know our solutions and their applications better, while also having the opportunity to ask questions, exchange experiences and explore each topic in greater depth alongside our team. We’ve prepared a range of sessions throughout the three days of the trade show, with content designed to meet different professional profiles and needs.

One session that deserves a special mention is the one dedicated to dysphagia and texture-modified food, where we’ll be joined by our partner AGAR, a food management consultancy and specialist in food safety. Together, we’ll explore this topic from both a technical perspective and through practical applications.

The “Encuentros con Sammic” are one of the new features we’ve prepared for this edition, but there’s much more to discover at our stand. As always, we’ll be showcasing our latest developments, giving you the chance to discover our solutions for professional foodservice first-hand.

We’ll also have our Chef’s Services area, where you can see our equipment in action and enjoy a range of demonstrations and tastings.

And this year, we’ve also added a more informal and relaxed space: our photo booth. Come along, get involved, take a photo and enter our prize draw just by doing so.

For us, GUEXT is an opportunity to do much more than showcase products. Above all, it’s a chance to meet you, share knowledge and experiences, and continue learning together.
