We will showcase all our latest innovations at the NRA Show 2026

From May 16 to 19, we will be exhibiting at NRA Show 2026, at McCormick Place (Chicago), one of the leading global trade shows for the foodservice industry. You will find us at booth #3868, where we will show you real solutions designed to optimize daily work in professional kitchens.

At this edition, we will present new developments focused on improving efficiency and ergonomics in high-production environments. Among them, you will see in action the new XMT range of immersion blenders, lighter and easier to handle, designed for intensive use while reducing operator fatigue.

Within the dynamic preparation family, we will also present the ultimate solution for cutting onions: Déli-cut PLUS. This 5 × 5 × 6 mm cut delivers precise and uniform results, achieved with less product handling and greater consistency. In addition, we will showcase our CP vegetable slicer, a solution specifically designed to prevent cross-contamination, providing greater safety in environments where hygiene is critical.

Another key focus will be our proposal for texturization and adaptive dining, where we will present our dedicated recipe book. You will discover how to achieve safe, consistent, and appealing textures using our cutter-emulsifiers or texturizers, enabling standardized processes in catering and healthcare environments.

As a coming soon, we will present our warewashing solutions, which will soon be available in the United States market, designed to deliver efficiency, reliability, and consistently hygienic results.

Finally, you will be able to explore our proposal for large-scale sous-vide production, designed to ensure controlled, safe, and repeatable processes in catering, chain foodservice, and high-volume kitchens.

Throughout the show, our corporate chef Enrique Fleischmann and his team will perform live demonstrations. You will see how to apply these solutions in real preparations and discover their impact on efficiency, consistency, and final quality.
