Barbecue sauce recipe with Emulsionizer PRO 1.0
Would you like to prepare a barbecue sauce with a perfect texture and an original twist?
In this recipe created by Enrique Fleischmann’s team with the Emulsionizer PRO 1.0, you’ll learn how to combine natural ingredients in a balanced way to achieve a flavourful and versatile sauce. Perfect for meat, vegetables or as a base for other preparations.
Ingredients:
- 250 ml water
- 100 g canned pear tomato
- 40 g roasted garlic
- 40 g roasted peanuts in shell
- 10 g whole black peppercorns
- 10 g coffee beans
- 15 g honey
- 30 g vinegar
- 10 g roasted orange peel
- 5 g dried chilli
Preparation:

1. In a saucepan with a little oil, place the roasted garlic, roasted peanuts in shell, roasted orange peel, peppercorns, coffee beans and pear tomato.
2. Sauté for a few minutes to blend the flavours.
3. Add the vinegar, honey and dried chilli.
4. Pour in the water and let it cook for a few more minutes.
5. Prepare the Emulsionizer with the 0.5 mm disc.
6. Pour the hot mixture into the Emulsionizer jug.
7. Blend using the XM-12 hand blender until you achieve a smooth sauce with the desired texture.
