In the following video, we present the Sammic CF-5 potato hand chipping machine, perfect for cutting chips and french fries.

With an output of 100-150 kg and the possibility of exchanging knife blocks and pusher sets allowing thicknesses of 8, 10 and 12 mm to be achieved, it is an ideal appliance for restaurants and large kitchens.
