- FC discs: Discs for obtaining slices from 1 to 14 mm thick.
- FCC discs: Designed for slicing soft products.
- FCO discs: For cutting wavy slices.
- FCE discs: Ideal for cutting potatoes into "matchstick," "straw," "chips," or "French fries" styles.
- SH discs: Discs for grating products or reducing them to coarse or fine powder.
- FF grids for fries: When combined with FC or FCO discs, they produce French fry cuts.
- FM grids for cubes: When combined with FC discs, they produce cube cuts.
